\\m// Windows 7 available on TechNet, MSDN \\m//

As planned by Microsoft, Windows 7 Release to Manufacture build is now made available to the TechNet and MSDN subscribers. This basically means that Windows 7 is almost ready since it's going to be available to the TechNet and MSDN subscribers.

Brandon LeBlanc, Windows Communication manager, wrote about the Windows 7 RTM availability on the Official Windows Team Blog. Note that the Windows 7 RTM download information is not published on the home pages of Microsoft Developer Network

Further, he mentioned that later today, Volume License customers with an existing Software Assurance license would be able to download Windows 7 RTM in English. In a few weeks, remaining languages would be made available to the subscribers.
To reduce the Windows 7 RTM availability confusions, a new table was uploaded at the blog that states the date when Windows RTM would be made available to a specific audience
